Structure and working principle:
The speed control part adopts advanced variable frequency speed control mode and uses negative feedback technology to accurately control the speed. It can meet the setting and adjustment of the speed in a wide range and has multiple display modes, which can directly display the speed.
The interference fit between the mixing disc and the mixing shaft is tightly assembled to ensure that the mixing disc and the rotating shaft are concentric. The motor has undergone a dynamic balance test to ensure that the shaft swing does not exceed 0.25mm at 14000rpm.
The latex container is connected using a flexible connection method and a bracket. The latex container is fixed by lifting or lowering the cup holder, and the fixed position of the limit sleeve along the column direction determines the distance between the bottom of the latex container and the bottom of the mixing disc. The position of this instrument has been adjusted, and users do not need to adjust the position of the limit sleeve.
The overall center of gravity of the instrument is stable, firmly supported, and not easily deformed. The positioning of the container is achieved by the upper positioning block.
